The City of Flagler Beach Fire Department was established in 1926 and is the longest standing fire department in Flagler County. Initially served by an all volunteer group, the fire department has evolved into a full time career fire department providing an all hazards response.
Today, the City of Flagler Beach is served by 11 professional firefighters and 6 support members who provide Fire & EMS coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
