Station 11 responds to rollover w/ fire Print E-mail

At 04:36hrs on Friday, September 3rd, Station 11 (C-Shift) was dispatched to John Anderson Highway and State Road 100 for a reported vehicle fire. Engine 11 responded and while en route, was advised that it was actually approximately 2 miles from State Road 100 on John Anderson Highway and was in fact a rollover accident with fire. Further information stated it was unknown if anyone was inside. Engine 11 arrived on scene within minutes with one vehicle off the roadway on its side, fully involved and established "John Anderson Command", requesting Station 11 Fire Police as well for traffic control.

Station 11 responds to motor vehicle crash Print E-mail

At 14:25hrs on Saturday, August 21st, Station 11 (C-Shift) was dispatched to a report of a motor vehicle accident w/ injuries at Moody Blvd and Roberts Road. FCFR Engine 16, clearing a call and in the area rolled up on the accident and established "100 command" with 2 vehicles, t-bone style collision.

ATV-11 Mutual Aid to Flagler County Print E-mail

At approximately 22:00hrs on Tuesday, August 3rd, ATV-11 was requested by Flagler County Sheriff's Office for a missing persons mission in Bulow Ruins Park off of South Old Kings Road. ATV-11 responded and received initial reports of 2 missing teens in the park and advised Volusia County Air One had a FLIR (Forward Looking Infra Red) camera on the subjects but was unable to guide them out.

Station 11 responds to pedestrian struck Print E-mail

At approximately 20:00hrs on Tuesday, August 3rd, Station 11 (C-Shift) was dispatched to a pedestrian struck on State Road 100 west bound in front of CVS Pharmacy. Engine 11 and FCFR Rescue 11 responded and arrived on scene with FBPD and located one male in the median and one vehicle on the side of the road. Station 11 Fire Police were requested and "100 Command" was established by Engine 11.

Station 11 responds to motorcycle down Print E-mail

On Sunday, July 25th, Station 11 (C-Shift) was dispatched to a report of a MVA with injuries involving two motorcycles at South 26th and South A1A. FireFlight was placed on standby due to the nature of the call. Engine 11 responded and arrived on scene and located one vehicle upright, only one motorcycle involved with one patient on the ground and established "A1A Command" and requested Station 11 Fire Police for traffic control.

Station 11 Battles Major Structure Fire Print E-mail

On Wednesday, June 16th, Station 11 (C-Shift) was dispatched to a reported structure fire at 28 Ocean Palm Villas North. Upon initial information, Engine 11, Engine 111 and Tower 11 responded due to confirmed flames and smoke. While en route, heavy smoke was observed from as far as South 17th Street. This prompted responding units to request additional pumpers and aerial apparatus to respond to the scene for manpower. Temperatures were over 100 degrees with high heat index readings. Units arrived within minutes to locate a two story, residential structure with heavy smoke and flames showing from most of the second floor.

On Sunday, June 13th at 19:17hrs, Station 11 (C-Shift) was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at State Road 100 and A1A. Initial reports indicated a female was struck by a motor vehicle and was on the ground with unknown injuries.

Engine 11 Mutual Aid to Flagler County for Structure Fire in Hammock Dunes Print E-mail

On Tuesday, June 1st, Station 11 (B-Shift) was dispatched for mutual aid to Flagler County at 06:46hrs for a reported residential structure fire on Calle Del Sur in the Hammock. Engine 11 responded with 4 and arrived on scene shortly after. Upon arrival, Engine 11 requested an assignment from command.

On Tuesday May 18th at 22:28hrs, Station 11 (A-Shift) was dispatched to Smith Trail for a reported structure fire. Engine 11 responded and was cancelled approximately 30 seconds from arrival by command. The fire had been extinguished prior to arrival. E-11 returned to service.

On Sunday, May 16th at 03:09hrs, Station 11 (A-Shift) was dispatched to Town Center Buelevard with Flagler County Engine 92 for a reported motorcycle down. Engine 11 arrived on scene at 03:15hrs w/ FCFR E-92 and located a motorcycle with heavy damage.

Rescue Boat 11 Responds to ICW for Injured Jet Ski Rider Print E-mail

On Saturday, May 15th, Station 11 (A-Shift) was dispatched at 12:39hrs to an injured jet ski rider in the Intracoastal Waterway at Mile Marker 11. Initial reports indicated the rider had a broken leg and was unable to make it to shore. Brush Attack 11 responded w/ Engine 11 and Rescue Boat 11 to the Moody Boat Ramp to launch. Rescue Boat 11 was in the water at 12:44hrs.
